Although no official statement has been released on a possible reunion show for the case of the hit television series, Friends, online and offline speculations have been persistently claiming that this project might be on its way soon.
However, Matthew Perry, who played the witty and charming Chandler Bing, was quick to squash such rumors, explaining that the show already "told all the stories that needed to be told."
The fans of the characters, however, need not be disappointed as Perry and Lisa Kudrow, or more popularly known as Phoebe Buffay-Hannigan to the followers of Friends, will be seen alongside each other on the upcoming episodes of Web Therapy, as reported by kpopstarz.com. Perry will be featured as a guest star, named Tyler Bishop, seeking the expertise of Kudrow's character, the web therapist Fiona Wallice.
Meanwhile, Jennifer Aniston had an amusing idea for a reunion show. "Why not wait 'til we're really, really old and then put us up there?" she suggested when the matter came up in an interview. "Where am I? How many kids? Two kids? Three kids? Am I in retail? Am I fat? Is Joey Doughy Joey. Is Ross bald?" she added.
Another interesting tidbit revealed by Aniston was the possibility that someone else could have played the role of the famed Rachel Green, as reported by iSchoolGuide.com.
In an interview during the Santa Barbara International Film Festival held last Friday, the actress shared that she was a part of another show title "Mudding Through" when Friends began filming. Aniston recalled that the period was quite challenging and taxing for her as she had to go back and forth between the locations.
Muddling Through is a story about an ex-convict named Connie Drego, played by Stephanie Hodge, who was imprisoned for three years for shooting her husband in the buttocks. The cheating husband, Sonny Drego, was then played by D. David Morin. The show aimed to follow the story of the family after Connie was released from prison and began working at a diner and motel in a rural community.
Aniston was casted to play the role of Madline Drego Cooper, the eldest daughter of the couple. She was married to Duanne Cooper, played by Scott Waara. Aniston's husband in the show was the police officer who arrested her mother. The sitcom aired from July 9, 1994 to September 7, 1994.
