Season 20 of the hit reality dance competition, Dancing With The Stars, appears to be dominated by the ladies as they perform superbly week after week, according to Cartermatt.com. Although most of the stars included in the contest exhibited more than satisfactory results, the inevitable still has to happen. With the shocking departure of Redfoo during the first elimination round, fans and followers of the widely watched talent show are waiting in anticipation for the next contestant to exit the competition.
Joining Redfoo in the chopping block during the previous elimination round were Charlotte McKinney with partner Keo Motsepe and Chris Soules with Witney Carson. It appears that this week may spell out the same situation for the remaining four contestants as their performances appeared to have failed to impress the judges once again.
Soules and Carson, who were first thought to be strong contenders, have been constantly falling short in delivering memorable performances. Their routine this week appeared to feature the same disappointing showmanship which consequently earned them very low points from the judges. One of the main problems plaguing the pair is Soules' stiffness on the dance floor. Should the two make it through another week, it is definitely high time for them to address this issue.
Although McKinney and Motsepe are far from being the best pair in the competition, the former's sobbing confession of getting bullied as a child and teenager may have melted some of the fans' hearts enough to catapult them to safety. Meanwhile, the two best work on their chemistry and routine to avoid solely relying on the good will of the viewers to ensure their stay for yet another week.
Meanwhile, Patti LaBelle and Artem Chigvintsev might be in danger as well. Despite an exciting and unexpectedly fun performance from the duo this week, the fact that LaBelle is already suffering from injury this early during the competition can no longer be ignored. Hence, her injury might force her to throwing in the towel in the interest of self-preservation and health.
On the other end of the spectrum are Rumer Willis with partner Val Chmerkovskiy and recent contender Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough. Since gaining the top spot last week, the latter pair appear to have no plans letting go of the position. Achieving the first "9" this season, Liukin and Hough seem to be eager to rise above the expectations and finish this season with a bang.
Close on their heels, however, are Willis and Chmerkovskiy who started off strong. Proving the she has more to offer than just a pretty face and extremely popular parents, Demi Moore and Bruce Willis' daughter consistently wowed the crowd and the judges with her performances.
