‘Suicide Squad’ Stars Jesse Eisenberg, Will Smith, Ben Affleck, Cara Delevingne, and Scott Eastwood

Suicide Squad, a top-secret United States government agency enlists convicted mastermind villains in order to complete a set of black ops missions. The Joker, Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Lex Luthor, and the Enchantress are five of the many supervillains involved in the Suicide Squad. The film stars Jesse Eisenberg, Ben Affleck, Cara Delevingne, Scott Eastwood, and Will Smith. The plot centers on the criminals of D.C. comics.

The convicts are taken out of Belle Reve Federal Penitentiary, a special prison for metahumans and supervillains. Doctor Amanda Waller created the Suicide Squad and runs the operation with directions from the White House. The villains can reduce their time in prison in exchange for completing covert missions.

Entertainment and Atlas Entertainment are the production companies for the film. It is distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. "Suicide Squad' premieres on August 5, 2016.
