Korean American Campus Mission (KCM) will be hosting its second Gospel Renewal Night on October 17 at 6 PM at Living Hope Community Church in Brea, CA. Reverend Harold Kim, the lead pastor of Christ Central of Southern California, will be featured as the main speaker.
"As a ministry, we have three main priorities," said Eugene Park, the creative director of KCM and a staff at UC Riverside. "To be missional on the college campus, to be missional overseas, and to continue building disciples. We started this Gospel Renewal Night last year because we thought it would be great to start off the school year centered on what the gospel means for us, and being refreshed by that."
Last year's Gospel Renewal Night saw some 500 college students in turnout, making it one of the largest inter-campus gatherings that KCM has hosted.
KCM is one of the largest Korean American para-churches that focus on college campuses, and has a presence in eight universities in Southern California, including UCLA, UC Riverside, UC Irvine, UC Santa Barbara, UC San Diego, Biola University, Pepperdine University, and University of Southern California.
