Avalanche Studios has just unveiled the minimum and recommended PC specs for the upcoming "Just Cause 3" title.
These came as a surprise for some gamers since the game's requirements are a bit steep even on minimum settings.
As noted by Cinemablend, the requirements to play the PC version of "Just Cause 3" are higher compared to other high-spec games. For example, even on minimum settings, the computer needs to have 6GB of RAM.

Based on the listed specs, it seems some gamers might have to bulk up their rigs if they want to fully enjoy the whole "Just Cause 3" gameplay experience.
The latest installment in the "Just Cause" franchise is set to come out on December 1 of this year. Aside from Microsoft Windows, the game will also be available for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms. Since this will be the first time that a "Just Cause" game will hit next-gen consoles, Xbox One and PlayStation 4 owners can expect to see a huge visual improvement compared to its prequels.
As an open-world title, the game will feature a 1,000 square-kilometer environment that gamers can full explore. Also, players will be able to utilize various new items in the game such as the wingsuit.
With the game's official release only a few days away, the Redbull news site launched a special giveaway contest in partnership with Avalanche Studios. All gamers have to do to participate and win the contest is read the site's interview with "Just Cause 3" producer Roland Lesterlin and answer a few questions about the upcoming open-world game.
The contest will end on December 4 and the chosen winners will be awarded with a free copy of "Just Cause 3." Winners can choose to receive either a PlayStation 4, Xbox One or PC version of the game.
