Everybody is on the lookout for Sebastian Stan's character Bucky Barnes, also known as the Winter Soldier in the upcoming Marvel film "Captain America: Civil War," and their reasons for finding him are far and varied.

His good friend Steve Rogers (Chris Evans), better known as Captain America wants to find him and save him, and he has enlisted fellow Avenger Falcon (Anthony Mackie) to help. Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr.), also known as Iron Man wants to find Bucky and exact revenge because of the deaths of his parents Howard and Maria Stark, while other characters such as Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther is also intent on finding Barnes for reasons yet unknown.

During an interview with Screen Rant, Stan revealed that his character is currently going through a different time, and while people are looking for him, he is slowly coming to terms with what he has done under the manipulation of Hydra.

"Where we find him after Winter Soldier, he's in a place where he is learning about himself, and he's discovering - as you saw in the last scene of The Winter Soldier, at the museum - he's starting to put the pieces together, starting to learn about the past. Where he's been. What he's done," shared Stan. "And as you'll see in the next movie, it doesn't come without a huge price: emotionally, mentally and... yeah, it's not easy for him to learn about what he's done."

Stan said that Bucky is in a complicated relationship with Hydra, because even though it is the terrorist organization that tortured him and messed up his brain, they are also the reason why he is alive.

"You have to remember it is the same Hydra in a sense that is responsible for him still being alive. And what happened before the movie Winter Soldier - and there will be a lot of things sort of made more clear in Civil War about what happened with him - kind of set up this relationship that he may always have with Hydra, one way or another. Because in a way they are like his second family. If that makes sense," he tried to explain.

When asked if Bucky will have a personal battle with Iron Man in the upcoming film, Stan simply said: "Without giving anything away, all I can say is that he's a problem for a lot of people."

"Captain America: Civil War" will be released on May 6, 2016.
