With Kelly Osbourne exiting the E! style series "Fashion Police' last February 27, Friday, the network is reportedly looking for big names who can replace the 30-year-old TV presenter.
According to Us Weekly, a source claims that Khloe Kardashian and NeNe Leakes from 'The Real Housewives of Atlanta' are being considered to join "Fashion Police' as series regulars.
Osbourne said her goodbye to the series after co-host Giuliana Rancic made controversial comments about Zendaya Coleman's hair at the Oscars event.
E! made the official announcement regarding Osbourne's departure and said that there are no current plans of replacing Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne's daughter. However, speculations that Kardashian and Leakes will join the series continue to circulate.
"Kelly Osbourne is departing E!'s Fashion Police to pursue other opportunities, and we would like to thank her for her many contributions to the series over the past five years, during which time the show became a hit with viewers," the network officially stated.
"Fashion Police' will continue airing based on its regular schedule and will return on March 30, Friday, at 9 p.m.
Prior to her exit from the show, Osbourne took to Twitter to shed light on her role during the series' episode for this year's Oscars. The E! team's comments on Disney star Zendaya's thick dreadlocks were widely deemed as stereotypical and racially insensitive, particularly with Rancic saying, "I feel like she smells like patchouli oil."
There was also a voice that was heard saying, "Or weed!"
Although many have insisted that Osbourne was responsible for the "weed' comment, she posted a tweet about the incident, saying: "I WILL NOT BE DRAGED INTO THIS! The situation is being rectified like ADULTS by both parties. I hope you can leave it to them & do the same!"
Osbourne also continued to explain that the Disney star is a friend of hers.
Meanwhile, Rancic stirred more buzz after she made her apologies to Zendaya both online and on air.
"I've learned a lot today, and this incident has taught me to be a lot more aware of clichés and stereotypes, how much damage they can do - and that I am responsible, as we all are, to not perpetuate them further," the 40-year-old TV personality said.
Last Wednesday, Zendaya accepted Rancic's apology and shared her own explanation behind her initial response towards the dreadlock comments.
"Body shaming and other hurtful tactics will never get the job done," the "Shake It Up' star wrote. "Giuliana, I appreciate your apology and I'm glad it was a learning experience for you and for the network."
