Rev. Daniel Seungwook Kim of Hallelujah Community Church stated that the Korean Diaspora churches must play the leading role in the revival of America, while speaking at Seattle Onnuri Church. He stated that the combined sacrifices of the first generation Korean immigrants and global community of the 2nd generations could bring about great things that God had planned.

While speaking, Rev. Kim made a comparison to the Church of Thessolonia and the current spiritual state of America. There are persecutions of the faith, hardships and temptations that can stir a Christina away from his faith. He stated, "There are times when one cannot see the path of faith, and sometimes it seems there is no way of getting back on one's feet. However, in all those circumstances, God is always faithful."

Through this kind of trust in the goodness of God and dreaming of the Kingdom of Heaven with the Spirit, the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation of Korean Americans will be able to pass on the teachings of the Bible to all future generations.

Rev. Kim also emphasized how Christians do not only obey simply to achieve their salvation. However, believers must strive to overcome limits and hardships to further glorify God's name.
