Nike is expected to make waves this weekend as they are scheduled to release a new set of Basketball Elite Series Collection, which includes new colorways of the KD 7 Elite, Kobe 10 Elite and LeBron 12 Elite.
The KD 7 Elite, the seventh signature shoe of Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant, will be released in Black/Classic Charcoal/Hot Lava/Metallic Red Bronze colorways, which is dubbed as the "Rose Gold" edition.
The KD 7 Elite "Rose Gold" features a black-based upper part with bronze accents throughout the shoe. It also features a Nike Zoom Air unit on the midsole and is finished off with a translucent outsole.
According to Kicks On Fire, this edition took cues from the popular Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy in the NBA -- the coveted trophy Durant is still chasing in the league. This edition will be available on Friday on Nike.com and selected retailers worldwide with retail price set at $200 per pair.
The Kobe 10 Elite, the latest signature sneaker of Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant, is also expected to make waives as it set to be released in Black/White/Hot Lava/Metallic Red Bronze colorways.
The Kobe 10 Elite "Rose Gold" features a full black-based Flyknit upper part with bronze Nike Swoosh logo and red lines at the back portion, which still symbolizes the sutures of Bryant when he underwent surgery to repair a torn Achilles tendon in 2013.
This edition also has a speckled white midsole and is finished off with a translucent outsole. The Kobe 10 Elite "Rose Gold" will be available for $225 per pair on Nike.com and selected stores worldwide.
Also included in the 2015 Nike Basketball Elite Series Rose Gold Collection is the latest signature shoe of Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James -- the LeBron 12 Elite.
The LeBron 12 Elite will arrive at retailers in Black/White/Hot Lava/Metallic Red Bronze colorways. It features a black-based upper part combined with red laces and lining. It also features rose gold Nike Swoosh logo and is finished off with a translucent outsole.
Aside from its excellent-looking design, Nike stated that his signature shoe is packed with unique features like the six independent Nike Zoom Air units that provide responsive cushioning tailor-made for James's explosiveness.
