"Faithful God! I praise you for your unchanging care upon my life. Lord, this morning, I give thanks that I can peacefully begin this new day through your love and grace.
God, in today's passage, Israel loses all hope and receives judgment, inflicted with calamity because of its sin and pride (Ezekiel 7:14-27). I thank you for teaching me how miserable and desolate life could be after receiving such judgement. Lord, with a broken heart, I humbly ask for more of your compassion, that I would not be a fool that seeks help from other sources instead of from You. May your grace upon my life never cease. I pray that resources, workplace, and children would become channels through which I may draw nearer to you.
Lord, I confess that I am unable to live a single moment without your help. Today, I pray that I may be able to be more sensitive to your words and the Spirit's leading so that I can live a life of obedience, peace, and victory in the Lord. Would you sustain me, Lord, with overflowing wisdom and grace. With faith that all things of the world will become a channel through which I can draw closer to you, in Christ Jesus' name I pray. Amen."
