Game publisher 2K Sports recently announced that the NXT Arrival DLC for "WWE 2K15" is now available.
The latest content update bulks up the game's character roster with the addition of various playable wrestlers, IGN reported.
The characters featured in NXT Arrival include Adam Rose, the tag team The Ascension composed of Konnor and Viktor, and Emma. The Ascension and Emma appeared in different championship matches during WWE's NXT Arrival event held on Feb. 27 of last year.
Former WWE champion John Bradshaw Layfield, more popularly known as JBL, is also included in the DLC as a playable character. He is currently the ringside announcer for WWE's Monday Night Raw and the general manager for NXT.
The DLC can be purchased for $6.99 but is also included in the 'WWE 2K15' Season Pass. At $24.99, the pass includes the Accelerator, 2K Showcase: One More Match, 2K Showcase: Hall of Pain, 2K Showcase: Path of the Warrior, WCW Pack and the New Moves Pack DLCs.
Players who purchase the Season Pass will automatically receive the abovementioned DLCs once they are released to the public, according to Wrestling Inc.
Aside from NXT Arrival, 2K Sports also unveiled the update 1.04 to fix various glitches in the game. Some of the fixes from the updated are related to the game's visual and audio quality.
Game play issues such as the sluggish artificial intelligence of other characters and unnatural or unrealistic body movements were also fixed by the update.
The patch also addressed the issue faced by PlayStation 4 users that causes the game to crash.
Other details of the update are listed in the "WWE 2K15" website.
"WWE 2K15" first debuted in October of last year for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles. The game's PlayStation 4 and Xbox One editions arrived a month later.
