Apologist Dr. Ravi Zacharias will release his first graphic novel, The Lamb and the Fuhrer: Jesus Talks with Hitler this weekend.

The novel is the first in an expected series that follows imaginative conversations between Jesus and renowned historical world leaders, such as Hitler.

Dr. Zacharias is the founder and president of Ravi Zacharias International Ministries (RZIM), and according to the RZIM website, he has "spoken all over the world for 42 years in scores of universities, notably Harvard, Dartmouth, Johns Hopkins, and Oxford University." He has also "twice spoken at the Annual Prayer Breakfast at the United Nations in New York, which marks the beginning of the UN General Assembly each year."

As such a renowned figure in the intellectual and political sphere, it may be intriguing for many as to why he would use the medium of a graphic novel to express his apologetic insights.Zacharias emphasized that the arts are essential in reaching "a generation that listens with its eyes and thinks with its feelings."

Zacharias remarked, "We are living in times when apologetics is indispensable, but at the same time, we will need a Christian apologetic that is not merely heard, but is also seen."

The Lamb and the Fuhrer: Jesus Talks with Hitler will be released at the International Christian Retail Show held at the Georgia World Congress Center.
